- Arrival daily from 3.30 p.m. (except Tuesdays/ our rest day - arrival on this day is possible by prior arrangement by telephone)
- Your room is available until 10 a.m. on the day of departure
- Palatinate wines, Parkbräu beers, non-alcoholic drinks, various schnapps and snacks are available around the clock for self-service
- Coffee specialties and hot drinks from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Every day from 2.30 p.m. a small selection of cakes is available for you at our buffet
- Consumption of food & drinks is in our guest rooms & not allowed in the garden
- Breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
- Breakfast for non-residents is available upon reservation during the off-season months. Price per person on weekdays €23.00/coffee specialities, juices and mineral water included; sun & public holidays €25.00 per person (with sparkling wine & smoked salmon)
Our entire hotel is non-smoking. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
The rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bedding and mattresses.
Please inform us before your arrival about any food intolerance or vegan diet.
A reservation is binding upon confirmation. You can cancel it free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 days before you get 30%, from 4 days before 80% of the
ordered service (like § 552 BGB). Of course, if we can rent your room to others, you will not incur any costs.
Services not used will not be reimbursed. In the event of early departure, the full price of the booked services must be paid.
Cancellations must always be made in writing.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Vouchers can only be redeemed with an issue date of 2020 or later.
This price list is valid from November 2023.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Services not used will not be reimbursed!
We reserve the right to make changes to the offer (duration, scope, etc.).
The previous prices lose their validity.
